After you have installed the Recordskeeper on your computer, you will be issued an installation serial number when you start the application.
Please send us this installation serial number to us via e-mail at unlockcoderequest@therecordskeeper.com or by visiting the following web page and submitting it there: Request Unlock Code
 
When we receive your installation number, we will forward an unlock code by return mail within 48 hours. Please enter this code in the box that appears when you start the Recordskeeper. You do not require the unlock code for up to 30 days after installation.
